How to get an IT software job

Hi its easy to get a software job in india if you fallow the below tips.
Firstly the companies usually test the mathematical aptitude, Reasoning
and verbal ability.So we need to start our preparation one year ahead of
final year of btech or mca or any degree.By these we can clear out the
written test.

in there core subjects.

Finaly there will be HR interview which will be based on your
personal interview.They mostly concentrate on questions like
"Tell something about yourself". If you have good communication
skills you can get through very easily.
